The Kimchi Diet

I am a 26 year old former fattie elementary school teacher living in Scotland (previously Seoul, South Korea).

I am currently following the Weight Watchers Program, hoping to kickstart a life of health and greater happiness.

I am training for a Tough Mudder in Toronto on September 28th.

Starting Weight: 161 lbs
Current Weight: 156 lbs
Goal Weight: 140 lbs

I’m making chia seed pudding for tomorrow…it’s either going to be amazing or taste like shit!

1 tbsp chia seeds (1pp)
1 tbsp ground flax seed (“)
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut (“)
1 tbsp ground hemp seed (“)
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
